Deliziare Baked Flank Steak with Rosemary, Garlic Sauce and Banana Puree

Ingredients:

2 kg seasoned flank steak Sauce
1 chopped branch of Rosemary
3 heads garlic
50 ml Extra virgin
25 ml White wine vinegar
Mashed banana
1 dozen Cooking bananas
150 grams butter without salt
Salt and black pepper

Method of preparation:

In a very hot frying pan, brown the meat on all sides. In a 180 degrees preheated oven put the flank steak on a baking tray and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.

Mashed banana:

Bake the banana in 160 degrees oven until softening.
Then put the banana in a medium saucepan with 500 ml of water and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the butter, mix and mash with a fork to form a rustic puree
Season with salt and pepper

Sauce

Bake the garlic heads for 20 minutes in a 180c preheated oven or until the cloves soften.
Put the already peeled garlic with the olive oil, the chopped rosemary, the vinegar, the salt and black pepper in a bowl and beat with a whisk.

NOTE: degrees for each point of the meat internally: 60 degrees rare / 70 degrees medium rare / 75 degrees well done in the center of the piece.
